     Characteristic: dry red wine, conquers you from the first with its “vivid” color of a light ruby ​​red, like a ripe pomegranate. The nose announces the presence of tempting aromas of bitter chocolate harmoniously combined with spicy accents of ground black pepper. The slightly spicy taste, full of candied black fruits, perfectly integrated with low acidity, leaving it with a round, soft and velvety aftertaste.

    Culinary recommendations: beef, pork or lamb on the grill or like barbecue, pasta with red sauce, semi-hard cheeses, lasagna.

                          50% Sauvignon Blanc

        Alcohol: 13,5 %

    Characteristic – dry white wine, of an extraordinary typicality, intense and freshly worked and polished, produced from the most complex varieties Sauvignon Blanc and FeteascaAlbă.

    A brilliant wine, very well structured, of a straw-yellow, bright color. Beyond the gorgeous color, its aromas bear the characteristic signature of these wines: hay, citrus, ripe apricot. The taste is velvety and tasty, leaving the above to be expressed, but completed by a mineral note that increases its distinction.

    Culinary recommendations: Excellent with fish dishes, pasta in white sauce.
