Characteristic: dry red wine, conquers you from the first with its “vivid” color of a light ruby red, like a ripe pomegranate. The nose announces the presence of tempting aromas of bitter chocolate harmoniously combined with spicy accents of ground black pepper. The slightly spicy taste, full of candied black fruits, perfectly integrated with low acidity, leaving it with a round, soft and velvety aftertaste.
Culinary recommendations: beef, pork or lamb on the grill or like barbecue, pasta with red sauce, semi-hard cheeses, lasagna.
